Naomi Ryland is co-founder of tbd: a platform for jobs with meaning. Lisa Jaspers founded Folkdays: A label for fair trade clothing and accessories. Their goal was to rid "fair" fashion world of the granola image.

Together they wrote the book "starting a revolution" with which they will turn the working world upside down. It is - according to the two - no longer about "growth at any price". The two have interviewed outstanding female founders and stimulate new thoughts on the topic of how we want to work and do business.
