Winner of the Citizen Entrepreneurship Competition 2023

After three months of competition, we are thrilled to announce the winners of the Citizen Entrepreneurship Competition 2023. The team of Foundation Entrepreneurship, the Goi Peace Foundation and our international jurors would like to congratulate the winners and wish them every success, creativity, perseverance and, above all, continued enjoyment of entrepreneurship in the future!

From August to November, entrepreneurs of all ages from around 90 countries worked on their ideas and projects using our materials and courses. From the many ideas and projects submitted, 26 entries finally qualified for the voting phase and collected votes for a month. Of these entries, 13 ideas and projects made it to the final and were judged by our esteemed jury according to criteria such as innovation, benefits for the customer, market opportunities, feasibility, consistency with the person and relevance to the SDG(s).

First place: CoSoG Nepal by Bibek Bhandari (Nepal)

Second place: Preventing Disability through Immunization by Irene Jemima Bundi (Kenya)

Third place: "YouthBiz". Youth business simulation game by Diana Bulai (Ukraine)

Special honours

Every year, we honour two additional submissions in addition to the regular rankings. Firstly, the submission that received the most votes (People's Choice) and secondly, a submission from a young entrepreneur (13-29) that particularly impressed us.
