Humans see what they want to see, but entrepreneurs see the same thing as other people and notice opportunities that others can’t see. Said in other words, what they see is change achieved through innovative methods and mindsets. The key to innovation is to improve something that already exists. Therefore, not to invent, which is difficult and requires a genius mind.
“If you want something new, you have to stop doing something old.”
Peter Drucker
“The innovation lies in re-combination,” Guenter Faltin says in his book "Brain versus Capital".
This is one of the main principles that members of the Entrepreneurship Campus learn through free online training.
Innovation has no limits. Even the most ordinary product can be improved but remembers that ideas need a given environment. They can flourish in the right context. Besides this, an idea is something personal. It reflects the desires and aspirations of a single individual. The transformation of ideas into real products, services and solutions have a part of divine on itself. It has to be complete. You might have numerous ideas and thoughts, but the final product has to be perfect.
Umberto Eco used to say the same thing about stories.
“All the stories I would like to write persecute me when I am in my chamber, it seems as if they are all around me, the little devils, and while one tugs at my ear, another tweaks my nose, and each says to me, ‘Sir, write me, I am beautiful’.”
In the case of ideas, it would be, “Develop me, I am valuable.”

"Lots of people know a good thing the moment the other fellow sees it first."
Job E. Hodges

To be an entrepreneur means to hear a call that others can’t, to notice new opportunities that others can’t see. However, if you can, someone else also can. Be prepared to work for your idea. Hard working is the path toward growth.
